By browsing or placing an order through Riha Clothing, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

All orders are placed via WhatsApp or Instagram DM. An order is confirmed only after we send you a written confirmation message. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice. A surcharge of ₹100 applies to all custom-sized orders. Payment is accepted via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), bank transfer, and cash on delivery for select pin codes.

When the Custom size option is selected, an additional charge of ₹100 will be applied to your order. Our team will contact you via WhatsApp after order confirmation to collect your measurements. Custom-stitched orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

We deliver pan-India. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Custom orders may take 7–10 business days. Shipping is free on orders above ₹999; a flat fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹999. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Custom-stitched orders are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, contact us on WhatsApp with photos of the item. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and photography lighting. If a product received differs materially from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Riha Clothing and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riha Clothing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
