We accept orders via WhatsApp and Instagram DM. Browse our collection, pick the product you love, select your size and colour, then tap 'Buy on WhatsApp' or 'Buy on Instagram'. We'll confirm availability, share payment details, and process your order from there.
Yes! Once you message us and we confirm your order, we'll send you a confirmation with your order details, the total amount, and an estimated delivery date — all via WhatsApp or Instagram.
Changes and cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Message us as soon as possible on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to accommodate the request.
Absolutely! Just share all the items you'd like along with sizes and colours in one message and we'll put together a combined order for you.
We have a dedicated Size Guide page with measurements for S, M, L, XL and XXL. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips and comparing with our size chart before ordering.
Yes! Select 'Custom' in the size selector on the product page. A surcharge of ₹100 is added for custom sizing. After placing your order, our team will contact you on WhatsApp to take your exact measurements.
Message us on WhatsApp — we may be able to arrange restocking or suggest the Custom sizing option. We always try to accommodate special size requests.
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and cash on delivery for select pin codes. Payment details are shared after order confirmation on WhatsApp.
Yes, UPI payments are fully secure. We'll share our verified UPI ID over WhatsApp. Please ensure you're sending payment to the correct ID and always screenshot your transaction for reference.

We deliver pan-India. Just share your pin code when placing the order and we'll confirm serviceability.
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Express delivery (3–4 days) is available for select cities at an additional charge. Custom orders may take 7–10 business days due to tailoring.
Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹999.
Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking number and courier details via WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel in real time.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Custom-stitched orders are not eligible for return.
Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the item and a brief explanation. We'll guide you through the return/exchange process.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The amount is credited back via the same payment method used for the original order.
